1. Cancellations

• Customer-Initiated  Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of  placing it. After this window or once the order has been dispatched,  cancellations will not be accepted. To cancel an order, please contact us  at  kiran.sharma@chotakaka.com  with your order number and details.
• Cancellation  by Chotakaka.com : We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock      unavailability, payment issues, or other unforeseen reasons. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

2. Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Eligibility for Returns:
  • You may return products within 7 days of receiving them, provided they  are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.
  • Returns are not accepted for items purchased under special offers, discounts, or  bulk orders unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Personalized  or customized products are non-returnable.
• Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at kiran.sharma@chotakaka.com with your order details and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.
  • Once  we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund approval.
• Refunds:
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original  payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds       will not be issued for products that are damaged due to improper use, lack of original packaging, or those returned outside of the eligible return window.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• If  you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with your order details and pictures of      the damaged product.
• We  will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days     after approval.

4. Return Shipping

• The  customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
• We  recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of returned items.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only allowed in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. For all other cases, we recommend following the return process  and placing a new order.
